Terms & Conditions

A free tool that redraws a QR you already own. It never handles money, is not affiliated with Fonepay or any bank, and you should always test-scan the result before printing it.
What this is
ReBrand Fonepay QR takes a payment QR or link you supply and renders it again with your own logo, colours and styling. The underlying data is preserved unchanged, so the new image carries exactly what the original carried.
What this is not
- Not a payment service. It never processes, holds, transmits or refunds money. No funds pass through it at any point.
- Not affiliated with Fonepay. It has no connection to Fonepay Payment Service Ltd., any bank, or any wallet provider, and is not endorsed by them. The name describes what the tool works with, nothing more.
- Not a QR issuer. It does not create payment credentials. It re-renders a code you already hold.
Verification, and its limits
Before a download is allowed, the rendered design is decoded from its own pixels and compared against your original payload. If they do not match, the export is blocked. This is a genuine check, not a claim.
It is not a guarantee of real-world scanning. Print quality, ink bleed, paper finish, lighting, screen glare, camera quality and distance all affect whether a phone reads a code. Always test-scan the final result with a real phone, from the surface you will actually use, before printing in quantity.
Your responsibilities
- Only rebrand QR codes for accounts you own or are authorised to use.
- Only use logos and images you have the right to use.
- Do not use this to impersonate another business, or to make a payment code look like it belongs to someone else.
- Test the result before you rely on it, print it, or put it in front of customers.
No guarantees
The tool is provided as is, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind. It may change or stop working at any time. Nothing you make is stored, so keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any loss arising from use of this tool, including a QR that fails to scan in the field, payments that go astray, printing costs, lost business, or misuse of the tool by anyone. You use it at your own risk, and the test-scan is your responsibility.
Licence
The source code is open under the MIT licence and available on GitHub. Bundled components keep their own licences, listed in the repository.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
